Building for the Future

The “Building for the Future” project is aimed at forging closer ties between the University and industry in the area of low carbon technology, sustainable living and futuristic buildings. Research funding has been allocated for a number of buildings related projects, which aim to tackle existing challenges within this theme. This may be, for example, energy use or generation, insulation, materials, architecture, “smart” buildings etc.
